Owned and operated by Steve Fountaine, Premiere Painting began in 2002 with a team of DC´s own industry-leading and highly trained painting contractors. Steve Fountaine brings more than 15 years of paint management experience and also serves as vice chair on DC´s Painting and Decorating Contractors of America.
